William Whatley is the visionary software creator of Hempliance. He wanted to revolutionize the hemp/cannabis markets by creating a digital roadmap from seed tracking, planting, harvesting and bank compliance solutions. His team to help him complete his vision to help farmers stay in compliance and sell their hemp crops. Hempliance does far more than he envision, expanding daily. 
He attended UT-Austin and Texas State, obtaining a Computer Science Degree and Computer Information Systems/Quantitate Statistics. He served in the Navy as a Search and Rescue Squadron deployed to the U.S.S. Nimitz.
