Papillion is a drug policy-focused writer, researcher, and strategist who serves on The Last Prisoner Project's Board. She is also the Executive Director of The Equity Organization, a nonprofit working to advance a just, equitable and effective approach to drug policy and its criminal justice-focusd implications. Papillion has worked in strategy, marketing, and operations leadership roles at technology firms like Google and Rent the Runway. Papillion is the author of the upcoming “Reefer Madness: The Unredacted History of Early American Drug Policy”. She is a graduate of Yale University.
