Morris oversees all aspects of TOCC's vertically integrated business and strategy and ensures it operates with transparency and integrity as a reflection of the values of the state of Texas. 

As a sixth generation Texan, Morris brings a unique perspective to the cannabis industry and works closely with Texas legislators and the Department of Public Safety to create, build and lead the legal cannabis industry in Texas.
